Training sessions
You're in expert hands
The Canberra Ice Dragons Dragon Boat Club has an experienced & qualified Coaching Team and boat sweeps to ensure your enjoyment of the sport of dragon boating. Paddlers of all age groups and levels of experience are welcomed at the Ice Dragons and training is tailored to your needs and level of fitness. There is no need to book to attend a training session, just turn up to Grevillea Park and look for the Ice Dragons in our black & white uniforms near the dragon boats. Your wellbeing is paramount, the health and safety of paddlers is the number one priority. Anyone who cannot swim 50 metres will be supplied with a personal flotation device (PFD)/life jacket (provided).
You can find more information if new to dragon boating on the New Paddlers page or about registration & membership on the Membership page. If you want more information please contact us and we'll be only too happy to help.
